My name is Amy and I am the sole proprietor of The Harland Beauty Shop. I come to Lake Country with years of impressive training and refined skills. After attending the Vidal Sassoon Cosmetology School in Santa Monica, I stayed in Beverly Hills to hone my skills with some of the most prestigious names in the industry, including Chris McMillan and Fred Segal. For the past 10 years I have worked as a solopreneur on the north shore of Chicago. What I love most is really connecting with my clients, learning about their families, their interests and their jobs. I’m always up for a good laugh or a good cry, if necessary, before sending them off for the rest of the day with gorgeous, custom, healthy hair and, hopefully, feeling their best. My private space is perfect for providing each client my undivided attention while they are in my chair. I’m new to Lake Country and eager to build lasting connections with each new client!
